Do what you do full heartedly

Today I went to a hair salon to have a hair cut. A small sized lady was my hairstylist. I loved the way she cuts my hair the way she massaged my head..wow. I was so touched by her service. I just requested for a haircut wash and blow. I guess she did a free head massage for me. I was looking at the way she cuts and they way she massaged she did it kindheartedly. She just did her job without judging people. I was really impressed. I feel as though she is doing her job for God. I silently blessed her in my heart. Sometimes when you see people innocently doing their work with passion you just feel like blessing them and wish that they will could get everything that they deserve in life. After the haircut I was so satisfied and happy. Just before I can say thank you to her,she left went back to do other work. I saw her sweeping the floor. I tried to say thank you to her but she just too busy doing her work didn’t even look back, then I just paid and went out. I learned and found out that people do things kindheartedly when they love it or it’s just their duty and they respect it.This reminds me of Martin Luther King’s  quote:

If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as a Michaelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, ‘Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.

Normally after we did something for someone sure we will wish for some compliments ,appreciation or a word Thank you but she just didn’t expect anything. I really salute her. I don’t know anything about her but I hope she get what she want in life.May God bless her.
